This policy applies to all staff, including directors, employees (permanent, temporary, and contract), suppliers, consultants, interns, subcontractors, and business partners engaged with our services.
3. About Modern Slavery

Human trafficking

Domestic servitude
Coercion through threats or violence

We operate in the legal and business consultancy sectors, providing regulatory advisory, corporate compliance, and strategic development services. While the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations is low, we acknowledge potential risks in:
Outsourced administrative functions
Legal research and support services
Suppliers of office and IT equipment
Facility management providers
5. Our Commitments
We pledge to:
Uphold all obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate modern slavery risks in our supply chain.
Perform due diligence before entering into new supplier or partner relationships.
Include anti-slavery clauses in supplier contracts.

6. Supplier and Partner Expectations
We expect our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to:
Comply fully with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and all applicable labour laws.
Demonstrate zero tolerance for slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour.
Cooperate with audits and provide evidence of preventative measures in place.
Report any actual or suspected instances of modern slavery.
7. Reporting and Whistleblowing
We encourage all employees and third parties to report concerns related to modern slavery or unethical conduct. Reports can be made confidentially through our Whistleblowing Policy. All disclosures will be investigated promptly and sensitively, with appropriate action taken.
8. Monitoring and Review
This policy will be:
Reviewed and updated annually, or sooner if legal or business needs change.
Published on our website and available to all employees and stakeholders.
Supported by an annual Modern Slavery Statement where required under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (for organisations with turnover >£36 million).
